Hello, I am planning a trip to the National Parks of Southern Utah during Labor day weekend. This is what I thought so far-- any advice or insights would be highly appreciated.

My wife and I are traveling with our 1 yr old. He is well-trained in traveling , last month we returned from a *hectic* 10 day trip to Alaska! So we're ok with driving good distances, although we cannot hike that much.
