My issue wasn't Jamaica. If the Supershuttle is the same cost as a taxi, have her take a taxi. If she can't pay for it, have her friend pick her up at the airport. If the friend can't do it, follow guv1976's suggestion above.

Better yet, she's your younger SISTER, themicah. If she can't afford a taxi, why not arrange and pay for car service for her from Dial 7 or one of those?
