OK that mightve sounded confusing. The reason reservations got emailed is that it was the link to click on within the view reservations page if you have questions about the reservation. So they replied that they were forwarding it to web support. The comment I received back that I pasted here actually came from Web support, not reservations. Thats why I find it so frustrating. I wouldnt expect reservations to know what to do. And thanks for looking helping, now Im gona be dumb and ask what is a record locator?
