But since I'm not really sure what you're ultimately looking to do, I'm not sure where to move this thread.

I'm going to go ahead and close it and suggest that you post again in another forum.

If you're asking 'what can I do with Lufthansa miles?' you'll probably want to search the Lufthansa forum for answers and if you can't find what you're looking for then go ahead and pose the question in that forum.

If you're asking, can I get these miles into Hilton HHonors? Then you might try the Hilton forum.

Or, if you're just wondering how to get United miles for the flight, you might consider just crediting the flight to your Mileage Plus account.

For information on what other airline programs you can credit a Lufthansa flight to, I'd suggest looking over the Lufthansa website and also the Star Alliance website.
