Just thought I'd jump in here with a little clarification.

We followed up on this rumor and talked to United Mileage Plus Media Relations person, Kris Nardella (sp?). Kris told us that the Diners exchange option is still functioning just fine, but that, in fact, the Mileage Plus iDine program had been indefinitely suspended. Seems the similar names might be causing confusion among United reps and customers.
