SkiAdcock - interesting.

You seem so far to be the only one to have picked up on this non transfer of Diners -- has anyone else had the experience of being told "NIET"?

Assuming it is both Hilton and Diners involved is my assessment:

It is UNITED pulling the plug, and not HH and Diners.

Why? I just got 400,000 HH points via UA. United needs to PAY hilton for that. How much? No idea. Even at .025 cents it is $10,000 I think? $10,000 more folks of me and that is a BIGGGGG sum. Diners the same. If we keep our miles into UA we may burn them up on UA lights, which in effect cost them ZIP, and that is far more preferable to their bottom line.
