Worth mentioning that when I tried to cancel a Dell order through the BA site I was told that I was a "business customer" and had no rights to cancel.

In the end I got them to see sense and I got the miles too (4x1012, nice).
I ordered a printer for my Mother on Sunday from Dell via the BA estore. As soo as I did it I realised I had made a mistake so contacted them Monday. They told me I would have to wait for it to be delivered then cancel and arrange a collection.
As soon as it arrived I called, got a full refund and was told that they wouldn't be collecting it so I could keep it ^

Dell 948 incase anybody is interested
