You can purchase even 100 tickets or more on your CC but you need to credit the mileage to the each appropriate FF account. Use the other person's FF account for your own personal gain since you paid for these miles.
IMO, it makes no difference whose CC account was used as long as a ticket was bought and issued in Mr. Joe Blow's name and Mr. Joe Blow flew the flight.
So, if you buy 52A for Joe Blow and credit it to UA MP and 52B for Mr. Joe Blow and credit it to LH MM then I see no reason why you shouldn't get miles in both respective programs. You paid for TWO different seats and you credited them to TWO different programs.
