I was at the Orleans from June 29th - July 4th and even though it says they imposed a resort fee, and there were signs on every front desk counter about it, I was not charged the resort fee. I was at Sams Town (another Boyd Gaming property) a few days ago where they also had a resort fee, and I wasn't charged it there either. Maybe I'm some sort of list, or just got lucky twice

The safes definitely help.. i know Sams Town doesn't have them and it was a little annoying given how late they cleaned the rooms when I was there.

Do you know if Vegas.com will match rates that require a promotion code? IE Like a TravelZoo promotion that you enter a code, but is publicly available otherwise.
