We have the Eddie Bauer Pop-Up Booster Seat (~$20 on sale at Target) and it works reasonably well. The straps fit most any chair back and seat. It doesn't fold quite as flat as the inflatable seat but it does pack down enough to go into the diaper bag (Travelpro backpack).
