What to wear when transitioning from a cold plane to a hot climate

I tend to run cold. Icicles for toes usually and often for my fingers. I tend to get cold on planes so I usually dress with a short-sleeve blouse or shirt and a cozy J.Jill sweater and pants. And bring along a jacket to cover up my legs or my arms if need be.

I'm going to Vegas next week where I understand it is hotter than blue blazes. I'm stuck on what to wear. Will I get off the plane, dump my sweater but still be burning up in my usual short-sleeve shirt. (I think I'm leaving the jacket behind this trip, see no reason to wear it in Vegas). Should I wear a shelf-tank bra? I like shelf-tank bras and compassion tees from J.Jill for what it's worth. What do you ladies wear as far as layering when it comes to a cold plane but a hot arrival climate. Many thanks in advance.
