Good Service from MR
When my stay didn't show up in my MR account after about 10 days I sent an email from the MR website. Within a few hours I had a response from Megan asking me to fax or email her my receipt. I emailed her a copy of my e-folio and she responded back within 15 minutes that it was all taken care of. Sure enough the nights and points (rounded up by a few hundred!) showed up later that day.
