If you are really wanting to get a bargain I can send you on 7th and come back on 14th with KLM LHR-CAI return for £235. Fancy it?
Stick it out in economy and save £1370 instead of flying the cheapest C fare (egyptair and alitalia) which you can then spend on an extremely luxurious hotel!
