Having sat in the front row, I would recommend any of the rows behind this. This is for a couple of reasons:
1) With the exception of the window seats you can often get banged by any serving trollies coming by. The dividing curtains can also end up swishing over your feet if you stretch out, or in my case partly covering my wall mounted TV screen when seated in the middle
2) The video players historically were sometimes not charged up as they are seldom used, so sometimes no entertainment. I know they were planning on fitting proper IFE screens in row 1, so this may have happened by now
3) I'm only 5'11, but I found my feet touching the front wall when fully reclined and stretched out in row 1. No such problems in the other seats though.
Finally, seat selection depends on whether it is just you travelling, or with others. Realistically with the exception of row 1, I'd be happy in any of the other seats.
Oh and the amenity kits in business on the ex-MAN routes are rather nice. Enjoy your trip!
