Yes, but it doesn't have to be 100% plain text. I was thinking more a plain text descriptions of the offers, and then just a single link with a nice short address that leads to the offers page. Perhaps plain text with a handful of links, one to your exec club statement, one to offers, one to BA.com, maybe one or two more, all short addresses. There could be an opt-in-out option (tautologous?) to choose the simple or full email.
