Many thanks again for more information.
IB's A340-300 has 2 cabins for business class, the second one just after the 2nd door with a bulkhead and 2 rows only. This cabin has more space between row 6 seats and fore bulkhead which allows an extra 'tilt' for the legrest. 1st row (A340-300&600) has a 'hole' on the bulkhead to allow space for the legs when the seat is fully extended but it's limited in height but has better recline position than standard seats. Row 6 has no limitations as there isn't a hole on the bulkhead, just plenty of space for your legs

(same than 1st central row on A340-600)
