I believe Citi and HSBC now impose 3% transaction fee on ATM withdrawal, even on their own oversea branches.

Anyway, we use Fidelity's check card from mySmartCash account. It supposedly has a 1% Visa fee built in the exchange rate, but so far I found it almost undetectable when I used the historical interbank rate data to compare with the exchange rates on our withdrawals made in a number of European ports and cities during our Transatlantic cruise and the following land trip in April/May.

Fidelity reimburse all ATM withdrawal fee. I dont know what is the daily limit on the account, but we have made 600 Euro withdrawal and it worked.
