What ?

I prefer arriving in the afternoon for East-bound (EU-Asia), going to the hotel, having a shower and possible a massage in the hotel spa (Asia) and then a nice dinner after which going to sleep. This way I am usually quite fit the next morning.

I hate afternoon departures in Europe and early morning arrivals in Asia: Not tired to sleep on the plane but early arrival with a full day of work ahead ...

West-Bound (EU-US, day flight) arriving in the afternoon is quite good too. Just like staying up late and then going to bed late local time.

Trans-Pac is a little bit different to me. West-bound it is ok to arrive mid-morning. I just have to stay up a little bit longer. East bound usually knocks me off my feet anyway, so I don't care. (My usual route being LAX-SIN)
