Virgin America Countersuing Reality Couple

Virgin America is countersuing Real Housewives of New Jersey’s stars Amber and Jim Marchese after the couple filed against the airline for defamation after they were detained and escorted off of a flight in October 2016. Jim Marchese said the entire incident was “absurd” and denied it entirely. The airline, however, is standing by its actions and claims that the Marcheses did indeed fight and lied about it later.

Is it too much to expect whomever is posting these sorts of articles on the front page of FlyerTalk to at least get the name of the airline correct? Virgin Airlines? Is that Virgin America, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Australia? Looking at the article, it appears to be Virgin America, but c'mon - this is an airline focused website. Try a little harder...
