This Reality Star Couple Is Suing Virgin America

Amber and Jim Marchese, former Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, are filing a lawsuit against Virgin America after they were allegedly booted off of a flight in April for aggressive behavior. According to E News, “The incident took place after a flight attendant claimed that Jim had choked his wife during a red-eye flight from Los Angeles to New Jersey.”

The couple is citing defamation in the suit, saying that the aforementioned incident never took place and that they were engaging in “flirtatious behavior,” not fighting.
