UA to Testify at House Transportation Committee About Flight 3411

On Wednesday, United Airlines spokesperson confirmed that the carrier would be testifying at a House Transportation Committee hearing about the circumstances surrounding flight 3411. Members of the panel have not revealed who the committee plans to call as witnesses.

Thomas A. Demetrio, a lawyer for Dr. David Dao, claims that Dao experienced significant injuries as a result of the forcible removal, including a concussion, a broken nose and the loss of two teeth. Demetrio claims that Dao will file a lawsuit over the incident.
