Emirates has just announced a serious beverage upgrade for its passengers.
One of the perks of Emirates flights is free alcohol across all classes. In an effort to make that perk a little more enticing, Emirates will be introducing 30 new spirits to their in-flight menu and there are some exciting options. To cultivate the list, several experts got together to choose some of the best and rarest spirits available.
First Class, of course, will enjoy the most premium choices that will include choices like the ultra-rare Hennessy Paradis Imperial Cognac and Dalmore King Alexander III single malt scotch.
Other top-shelf spirits include Johnny Walker Blue Label whisky, Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Guatemalan rum and Belvedere luxury vodka.
The stars of Business class include Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15-year-old single malt scotch, Sipsmith craft gin and Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select premium bourbon.
Economy will have new beverages to choose from as well, including Russian Standard Original vodka, Beefeater gin and Dewar’s White Label Scotch, Bacardi and Jack Daniel’s (the most-requested spirit in economy).
The new spirit selection already debuted on the Airbus A380 flight to Paris last month and was reportedly well received.
