Qantas Passenger Checks a Beer as Luggage

On Saturday, a flyer checking in at Melbourn Airport (MEL) checked only one item as baggage: a single can of Emu Export beer.
“My mate works at the airport and we hatched the plan as a laugh – I half didn’t expect it to come out the other end,” said the anonymous flyer.

I once saw a good sized bundle of leaves checked as luggage on a domestic Ethiopian flight. I'm sure they had some practical use in Addis Ababa to whoever checked them, but was quite humorous to see on the belt.
In my opinion, this kind of jokes, just like many other pranks you see on YouTube, are immature and stupid. It is not funny when your action causes others inconvenience, and sometimes bring troubles.
