Man Sues Norwegian Air After E-Cigarette Burn

Author Eric T. Wiberg is suing Norwegian Air for having allowed him to bring a malfunctioning electronic cigarette aboard a flight. Wiberg accidentally awoke from a nap to find the e-cigarette, which he’d previously plugged in to charge, burning him.

Cabin crew quickly submerged the e-cigarette in a bucket of water to prevent a fire aboard the flight upon being made aware of the malfunction. Wiberg seeks unspecified damages against Norwegian air, and the carrier has declined to make a comment on the incident.

I think the airline should countersue his mother for allowing him to be born

This guy is a great example of Trump mentality—do something thoughtless that could cause serious damage and then blame somebody else for not stopping you. Tell this guy to stay home so his stupidity doesn't involve the rest of us.

I'm not a huge fan of the no-fly-list, but I nominate this man for a position on it. I also am curious -- water to put out a lithium battery fire?

The guy is clearly trying it on - he would have sued the airline if they had prevented him from bringing it on. Another git trying to get something for nothing
