Instagram account @passengershaming posted an image of what appears to be a naked man walking around in first class seating on a Lufthansa flight.

Eww gross -- just talking about walking around the cabin in bare feet. Its not like the airlines steam clean the carpets. Ever. Its like a flying Petri dish. On a recent TA flight I noticed a guy walking around barefoot near the lavs (rest of him fully clothed) - I politely mentioned he might want to consider wearing shoes. He shrugged. Then I said I bet you couldn't pay a flight attendant $100k to walk around the cabin barefoot - all the FAs in the galley said "no way they'd do it". Ahem. The pax went back & put on his shoes.
