Look at This Cockroach in an Air India Delhi Lounge Meal

Twitter user Harinder Baweja posted a photo of what appears to be a cockroach nestled within a meal served at Air India’s Business Class Lounge at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).

Air India issued an apology, and claimed to be looking into the incident.

There's no such thing as only "one cockroach"....
Not that I am defending any of the parties involved here, but a complete lack of insects implies a really toxic amount of insecticide use. Nevertheless, it should not have made it out of the kitchen on the plate.
How is that 'nestled within a meal'?
She probably wants the vegetarian option
