Series Goes Behind the Scenes at United

United Airlines is releasing a new series of video shorts that give a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s daily operations. The series, which is part of a new advertising promotion, takes a lighthearted approach to make sense of the carrier’s arguably intricate business.

Big Metal Bird “doesn’t just talk about all the things we do well. It talks about how we respond to things when they go wrong,” said Matt Krolick, United’s managing director for marketing and product development. According to USA Today, Krolick, who confirmed that 10 more episodes will be debuting over the next few months, said, “the series is aimed at ‘the next generational of business traveler’: Millennials.”

So far, United has released two episodes – each about 3-4 minutes long – both starring Fox Sports 1 correspondent Katie Nolan.
