their long haul international service =-non Economy Class. They were one of the first to introduce a true Premium Economy, They don't offer anything out of the ordinary in short haul economy, and have made short haul business class a joke, including Euro Traveler.
I would probably say the lounges. The service is very variable-- sometimes excellent, other times surly and downright rude. And the hard product- seats, in flight entertainment, etc is pretty bad.
