Emotional Support Duck Makes Splash on Social Media
While on a flight from Charlotte, NC, to Asheville, author Mark Essig sat behind a fellow passenger’s certified emotional support duck, “Daniel,” for the duration of the short trip. Daniel the duck was wearing a Captain America-themed diaper aboard the flight, which Essig reports is the duck’s favorite according to the owner.
Essig posted several photos and videos to Twitter documenting the experience.

How many ducks do you know that can fly at Mach 0.8?
Or, I like ducks on my flight, preferably well done.
And the punchline is: "I know, I know, but this one is eating my popcorn!"
