Dog Pilot Trains Puppy Crew Member

Callie, a Labrador who holds the only crew card of any canine in the U.K. and has logged over 500 flying hours, is teaching a young dog named Pippin to fly with the help of her owner, Graham Mountford.
Both Callie and Pippin wear flight jackets and tiny dog-sized goggles during flights with Mountford, who pilots a Cessna 210 Centurion.
“Pip has now done three flights and is getting on really well and learning from her big sister. Callie sits next to her when they fly and reassures her with licks,” said Mountford.
