Bee Swarm Descends on WestJet Plane, Delays Flight

On Sunday, a WestJet flight in Saskatoon and a tug was surrounded by an enormous swarm of bees, causing a delay while a professional beekeper was brought in to scatter the swarm.

“I don’t know to explain this (but) this is not exactly like Snakes on a Plane,” an employee allegedly said over the intercom to the passengers aboard the flight.
