Baggage Handler Purposely Misdirects Luggage, Faces Charges

Tay Boon Keh, an airport employee at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), has been charged with 286 counts of mischief as a result of being allegedly discovered swapping out the labels of apparently hundreds of luggage items during his tenure at Changi. Keh has not stated his reasoning for the apparently random action, but he does intend to plead guilty during the trial.
