Another One Bites the Dust: Island Air Declares Bankruptcy

In a month filled with carrier bankruptcy, the second-biggest airline in Hawaii, Island Air, has filed for Chapter 11, which will premit the carrier to maintain operations during the negotiation process. Currently, the carrier has a fleet of five leased Bombardier Q400 Turboprop aircraft.

Appears Ryan does not understand what Chapter 11 means, issue appears to be related to aircraft leases.
