Air New Zealand Now Serves Impossible Burger on Flights

Effective at least through October of this year, Air New Zealand is making the meatless Impossible Burger available to passengers flying in Business Premier class between from Auckland to Los Angeles. The Impossible burger, which is composed of plant proteins and other ingredients, has become ubiquitous at high-end establishments in recent years, and this marks the first time that they’ve been made available as a meal option aboard commercial flights.
