Air New Zealand Flight Disinfected After Cockroaches Found

Earlier this month, an Air New Zealand aircraft had to be thoroughly cleaned after two cockroaches were discovered aboard a flight from Perth Airport (PER) to Auckland Airport (AKL).

“Ministry staff dis-insected the aircraft on arrival in Auckland,” said a spokesperson for the airline.

Air New Zealand claims that it has had no similar complaints from cabin crew or flyers on the usual route from Perth to Auckland.
