AA Crew Accidentally Deploys Slide on Truck

An American Airlines crew member unintentionally deployed an emergency slide aboard one of the carrier’s parked aircraft Sunday afternoon at San Diego International Airport (SAN), according to airport authorities.

At the time of reporting, it was unclear what the flight number was or how long it took for the slide to be replaced. No injuries were reported.

Instagram user, Fher PrzRangel, witnessed the occurrence and shared the above image alongside the caption: “American Airlines #fail.”
