- St. Regis Suite
So far this is my favorite hotel in Rome. I still have the Elizabeth Unique and Pantheon ahead of me on my five-night stay in Rome of hotel hopping.
This hotel is simply beautiful.
Some pictures of the common areas, similar to what has been shared before.
I asked, the trees are real.
The set up for the sabering.
An amazing staircase
Charming elevators
Just walking around this hotel is a pleasure. Everything is well unkept.
Check In
Check in was rapid. I had used points (70 K) and one SNA to upgrade to the St. Regis Suite. This was a one-night stay in June 2022.
I was thanked for my loyalty as an Ambassador while checking in. My passport and credit card were scanned. I was then brought to my room by the receptionist and asked if I had any questions about the room.
Before leaving she mentioned the sabering of the champagne at 19:00 each day.
My luggage arrived right as she was leaving.
Room
I took a lot of pictures of the room. There was nothing missing. Plenty of outlets and switches everywhere. Internet speeds were great.
The butler service is definitely operational. I used the app to access it.
There was a bottle of champagne and bowl of fruit waiting for me where I arrived.
Later on while I was out a personalized note with a box of chocolates appeared.
A very comfortable bed with lots of outlets nearby.
The rain shower had good pressure and a seating area. I did not went to leave!
The separate bathtub and double sinks. The room description says the bathtub is with jacuzzi function, but this was not the case.
The stood has two tvs.
Considering how hot it was in Rome, I was happy to have lower temperatures.
Nice decorations
Lots of switches everywhere with simple controls
Shoe shine and up to four items of pressing can be arranged for free through the butler service. The items will be returned on hangers.
I liked the golden slippers
The table was suitable for doing a bit of work, but probably would not be nice for longer periods of work. There are outlets at the table.
Entrance with closet space.
Nice selection of toiletries. Multiple use apparently has not taken off in Italy yet.
A complicated looking bathtub.
Even the coffee machine seemed to be of a custom design
A varied selection of cosmetics including more unusual things like deodorant cream and face tonic.

Location
The location was perfect for me. You can see the Termini train station from the hotel. It is a 5-7 minute walk and can easily be walked unless you have a lot of baggage.
The main entrance is on the side of the building. It seems that the once main entrance is probably used for weddings and other events.
Dining
There is a main cafe/bar in the lobby area called Lumen. There is also a Lumen Garden. Buffet breakfast is served in the Lumen restaurant.
You can also get teh complimentary platinum breakfast served in the room for a service charge of EUR 7.5.
Service was fine, not exemplary
There is a separate omelette station
I found the overall selection to the best I have experience in Rome so far. Everything was of good quality and taste.
The Lumen Garden
A nice aperol spritz for a hot day served with a complimentary assortment of snacks.
The menu for the Lument Garden is per QR code and can be reached here: https://menu.scrollidea.com/lumen/cocktail
