Outstanding stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

COVID-19 protocols are in place, which made us feel safe. We had to get our shoes sanitized and get hand sanitizer. As we were club guests, we were breezed to a private check-in area located in the club lounge where we were instantly checked-in, got all the information we needed, and immediately were able to go to our room. During the club check-in, you are also offered drinks from the club bar, perfect to refresh yourself after arriving in the heat and humid DR temperature.

Just beautiful and very functional. We had an Ocean View Junior Suite, with a stunning view of the resort and a large balcony. The room was sealed upon arrival as it was deeply disinfected. Inside, it was immaculate and shiny. As the property was recently built, a lot of technology such as wireless charging, e-concierge on the TV, keyless entry using your cellphone and the Hyatt app, and motion sensors for the room lighting. We had the impression that the room was soundproof, because we could not hear anything from outside as soon as the balcony door was closed. 
 

Outstanding. From check-in to check-out, we received a great treatment and we noticed the passion the staff put into their work. They were always willing to help, and go above and beyond to ensure guests were happy with their stay.

Just amazing. We felt like eating in top-rated restaurants. There’s a wide variety of thematic restaurants, where you can go without reservation, and also a buffet that does not compare to any other all-inclusive resort buffet. The bonus part is that you can also visit the restaurants located at the sister property, just steps away. Overall, we were impressed with the menu creations, the flavors, and the variety. A highlight is Chinola, a healthy restaurant for those who are health-conscious or fitness/athletic oriented. Waves was also great, where we got very tasty steaks and desserts, and Shutters was fantastic. The breakfast at Shutters was also a great experience.

Beautiful! Not far from the Punta Cana International Airport and minutes away from the Cap Cana Marina. 

Located adjacent to its sister property, the hotel is impressive. The grounds are beautiful and from the moment you step in the lobby and overlook the entire property, you get impressed. This modern building has been designed to ensure guests have everything nearby, with the lobby area in one floor and three restaurants right at the bottom, swimming pools strategically located, and open air restaurants that go along with the Caribbean vibe you experience in the hotel. The beach is just beautiful, full of white sand and turquoise water. There’s also a HUGE Gym, with modern equipment and different spaces (spinning, Yoga, Boxing, etc) so there are no excuses to leave the resort in good shape.
