As out first travel overseas in almost 2 years we decided to visit Paris and had a beautiful stay at the four seasons hotel. Absolutely flawless.

It was good to see that the hotel was almost fully booked. All of the on-site restaurants were open including Le Cinq and the George where we had dinner during our stay.

The hotel even provided a Covid testing lab in the hotel (converted guest room) where guests can get there Covid test in the morning and the results in the afternoon. We needed a PCR test to fly back to Canada, and used the hotel service. 
 

We used the four seasons app throughout our stay to request services, including room service, shoe shine, spa, restaurants and transportation  bookings. Love the app! The response time was almost immediate.

Room

 

Four Seasons Suite. The hotel is in process of renovating all of the rooms in the next two years. Our room looked and feel new. Beautiful suite, lots of sunlight in the morning. 3 TVs - bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Fresh Roses in the living room and bathroom. Very quiet room.

The bedroom was closed off by French doors and curtain. Independent Temperature controls in both the living room and the bedroom.

Macaroons and fresh fruits were replenished daily.

Bathroom toiletries four suites were from Guerlain.

Dining

We had breakfast via in room dining every morning. Breakfast made up of different options. Picture of American Breakfast and the hotel signature dish, blue lobster omelette shown below. The bread basket composing of mini baguette, chocolate croissants, croissants and Salted and unsalted butter were heavenly.

One night we ordered room service from George restaurant. Food was delivered separately for each courses.

Check In

Flawless check in. Front desk knew who we were when we checked in. Room was ready at 10am when we arrived.
Beautiful Flower arrangements throughout the Hotel.

Gym

Newly renovated gym, pool and spa. COVID restriction in gym limited to only 6 guests. Still and sparkling water provided in both chilled and room temperature. The Spa was greatly expanded. Went for a treatment and overall very good., Men's change room included steam room and three showers. I used the steam room after every workout and it was very relaxing.

we did not get the chance to use the pool and the hot tub even though we brought swim suits

Service

Service was excellent. We ordered Room service multiple times and all were delivered within 30 minutes.
 

Understated service.. We were addressed by names throughout our stay.

We could not get the tv to sync to our iPhones in the room, and so the service technician brought and set up Apple TV in the room. We were able to log into our apple account and watch movies and music through the tv.

Overall

My favorite hotel in Paris for the world class service and the understated elegance.
