We stayed here for close to ten minutes while he watched traffic go by. Instead of pulling towards the crosswalk so we take a longer walk by going around the library on a bigger loop, he now plops himself on this spot of shaded grass in front of a shopping center to “take a break”. I think he’s really just hoping that if we stop moving forward I’ll get distracted and cross the street. Frankly it’s happened before so, maybe I should just accept I’m being re-trained?
