I just wanted to poll a question from the people on this board about Days Inn Daybreak Breakfast. I don't really care about it because it's not even a continental breakfast but it's curious to see how little they do try to serve.
I'll start:
Days Inn Cherokee, NC. Nutrigrain bars, two (only two) cereal dispensers, milk, and (packaged) sugar donut holes. Only OJ (No apple juice).
(And curious enough this Days Inn property is one of the better Days Inn I've stayed at)

The one in Sandusky, Ohio, across from the mall, has only Kellogg's breakfast bars, two cereals, and muffins, along with coffee and two juices.

I've stayed at Days Inn hotels at BGR and in Georgetown, KY... both had similar offerings.Originally Posted by kipper

For Cherokee, NC, there was the option of going to a $10-$15 priced breakfast buffet at Harrahs across the road (read: overpriced) or driving a mile or two to get to McDonalds Originally Posted by SoonerRed

For our stay, there were a few fast food places, all of which were more appealing. Originally Posted by SoonerRed
