Hi,
well I've been unable to use the seat selection bit of manage a booking(other functionality works fine e.g. meal request etc) for the last 3 days! It's some time before we fly and have one flight I'd like to change seats if better ones come available hence my daily attempts.
I wonder if anyone CAN access M a B seat selection? and if those pax who can't have a flt on the A380 somewhere in the itinerary?
Update: When I try to select "change seat request" I get the message everyone else seems to be getting but when I scroll down I get part of an A380 seatmap without any seats,even though my A380 flight is the last one on my itinerary.Maybe EK are replacing 380 seatmaps with 777 ones? as there are delays to deliveries and I read somewhere today that an EK A380 has been grounded due to some problem with the shower in F !*!*
