Capital One credit cards cannot download to Quicken??

Is it true that Capital One credit cards cannot download transactions directly into Quicken or other personal finance software? Only via their website?

This seems really ancient if so...

Im able to download into Quicken 2010 and 2011 windows version

Can someone give me the OFX settings for Captial One credit cards?

I can input that manually and it should work.

I had no problems in Quicken Essentials for Mac establishing and downloading transactions for my Capital One Venture card. I did, however, find it interesting that there is no reference to direct downloads on the Capital One website. For awhile I thought it wasn't possible.
