Another victim of the infamous online award booking engine. This has nothing to do with the openmiles option. The same issue has been reported 4 times now (first time in... July
).

Symptoms:
- you want to book an award online
- you have a connection in AMS or CDG
- you're looking for a seat in business class
- strangely, you notice you're not quoted the exact amount of miles you expected (e.g. 110K instead of 120K)
The wisest will check their reservation on Checkmytrip. The others will have to deal with a huge disappointment at check-in.
FB, you must fix this NOW. It's getting serious.
(For coach tickets or nonstop tickets in business class, the booking engine doesn't seem to have this flaw).
