Itinerary Changed Again

I am attempting to use my miles from NYC - Nairobi in October. Now, for the 3rd time, one of the flights on the return has been cancelled. (First it was TY, then UA and now Brussels. So now I have the chance to reschedule the return and here are the two choices:

LX - NBO 11:25 PM - ZRH 6:25 AM
LX - ZRH 7:35 AM - GVA 8:20 AM
UA - GVA 9:20 AM - EWR 12:05 PM

LX - NBO 11:25 PM - ZRH 6:25 AM
LX - ZRH 7:05 AM - LHR 7:55 AM
UA - LHR 10:05 AM - EWR 1:05 PM

Which would you choose? LHR to EWR is on the 777 which I'd prefer for C class, but I'm a bit worried about the connection times on both options.

Are you travelling with luggage? Or just carryon?

With luggage. However, I spoke with someone from United who was able to get me on the nonstop UA flight from ZRH-EWR. So I have a 4 hour connection and only two flights instead of three.
