Is there a way to check award availability on Air Serbia

I am trying to redeem Etihad miles on Air Serbia but I was told there is no award availability on BEG-OHD any day. I called the Air Serbia phone as well. I am also quite surprised since the BEG-OHD flight has tons of seats selling everyday.

Is there a way to check the actual availability for air serbia?

To answer myself, the economy award uses N class and it does sell off quickly on certain days.

Thanks for this piece of information. Although the call centre agents are usually very agile with this kind of requests, it's easier to just see for yourself.
