Seems unlikely. Last time I did a buy-it-now on ebay it tracked correctly (£23 purchase got 46 miles, which was the rate then).
However, as with all these things, you buy at your own risk. Your £1 is going to charity whether or not your transaction tracks or you get the miles - no refunds!
