Pods in 737s would be nice but seems unlikely. Some US carriers have pods on 320-family aircraft that they deploy to long transcons like JFK-LAX, but I don't know that AC really has enough routes where they could charge a sufficient premium for J to make that work.
Remember that the ETOPS 319s that serve YYT-LHR don't have pods.
