I have a few AMS and DUB flights coming up, which were booked in mind of the nice enough meals I've had before (salmon skewers and couscous was always perfectly fine). In comparison, the panini looks like a bit of a joke that I'd like to avoid... I'm mainly holding out hope that there is some way to avoid the enhancement of a 'premium' cheese and tomato sandwich.

Ho-hum, at least I have one flight coming up where I can have the tasty-looking ploughmans...
