right. so after the initial delay/canx on 4 oct, we finally got the approval to transfer funds from BA(on 26 Nov) to my HKG bank account. however, we still havent received the funds in 2 weeks. I asked last week and they said it had been transferred. I checked my bank again and the result is negative today.
i wonder what the next step should be? send them a strong worded mail and then go to court?
I'd phone them again asking to double check the bank details they used.
It's also possible it's lost in the bank's system.
